카운터와 테이블 좌석, 좌식에 더해 2층 좌석도 있어 아늑합니다. 추천하는 초밥 10점과 국물 세트를 주문하면, 재료의 품질이 전해지고, 요청하면 카운터에서 하나씩 정성스럽게 내어줍니다. 밥은 가벼운 식감으로 장인의 손길을 느낄 수 있습니다. 아지, 근대 참치, 연어알, 참치 롤, 귀여운 게 손말이 초밥까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 푹신한 장어가 특히 인상적이며, 국물의 새우 신조와 송이버섯 향도 기분 좋습니다. 계절 코스에서는 장어, 구운 카마스, 도자기 찜, 디저트인 아몬드 두부까지 즐길 수 있습니다.
