Our signature menu item. Fresh cream is piped with chestnut paste on top, and a lightly sweetened chestnut paste is piped thinly on top of that. 'Filo' means 'thread' in Italian, and by piping it thinly, the flavor of the chestnut itself wafts in your mouth. When you eat it with the accompanying sea salt, the sweetness is enhanced, so you can adjust it to your liking. This product faces the delicate flavor of chestnut without adding unnecessary ingredients, so please enjoy.
