[Zaru Soba KOKU] Whenever I come to Nagano, I visit KOKU in Komoro. This time, too, I started with soba noodles. I wondered how they could make it so smooth and aromatic.
The unique buckwheat noodle with chopped wasabi makes my sake go down a treat.
The soba noodles were served in two different colors, zaru (colander) and nikuni (countryside), both of which were recently added to the menu.
I like the fact that it comes with grated grated radish! This is the real zaru soba.
I am sorry to say that the name of the restaurant is "Zaru Zaru Soba," but the soup stock is excellent. I will visit again at the end of the year.
