[Zaru Soba KOKU] Whenever I come to Nagano, I visit KOKU in Komoro. This time, too, I started with soba noodles. I wondered how they could make it so smooth and aromatic.
The unique buckwheat noodle with chopped wasabi makes my sake go down a treat.
The soba noodles were served in two different colors, zaru (colander) and nikuni (countryside), both of which were recently added to the menu.
I like the fact that it comes with grated grated radish! This is the real zaru soba.
I am sorry to say that the name of the restaurant is "Zaru Zaru Soba," but the soup stock is excellent. I will visit again at the end of the year.
We arrived a little before our reservation time and were shown to the restaurant as soon as we entered.
However, perhaps because it was crowded on the 29th, we were told there were no sunchongs... That is my only regret. The staff was not particularly helpful.
