The taste of long-established techniques. French but Japanese style! Even the cakes are delicious!
On this day, I was planning to drive to Habikino and Kawachinagano to visit hot springs and cafes, and my friend and I found Puschke for dinner at a delicious place!
This restaurant opened in 1986, the year of my birth.
That was one of the deciding factors for me to go there.
There were several places to park in the parking lot.
The interior of the restaurant, which was well maintained over the years, is beautifully used and does not look old at all.
We waited for our food in the restaurant with classical music playing.
Quite stylish. A bit nervous. LOL.
The table was lined with decorative plates and silver spoons and forks. It is very heavy and heavy.
These heavy spoons were filled with the lives of many people over the past 32 years.
While I was thinking about it, the food came out and I introduced it!
Sauteed scallops
Very pretty, decorated with colorful vegetables.
The taste is also outstandingly delicious.
The cream sauce with spring onion goes well with the scallops in a good balance. Two sprouts of corn were used as an accent.
Very tasty and makes you look forward to the next dish.
Lightly braised foie gras and spring vegetables
Here comes the foie gras lol.
I love it so much.
Spring vegetables such as bamboo shoots and fava beans are well soaked and delicious.
The soup stock is duck stock! It has a little soy sauce in it, which gives it a Japanese feel.
The sauteed foie gras is topped with starchy sauce, which soaks up the flavors.
Delicious!
Green pea potage
The green-colored soup is made of green peas!
It seems that people from France come here sometimes, and they always serve this when they do.
Milk foam is laid on top, and 3 drops of raspberry sauce on top of that.
I learned how to enjoy the dish by drinking it with the raspberry sauce, which was surprisingly accented by the raspberry sauce. There is such a fusion. I'm really surprised.
Sauteed Lobster
Vegetables are also used abundantly in this menu,
The basil and tomato sauce is very flavorful.
The lobsters are plump and delicious.
Kiyomi Orange Granite
Appeared in a small glass, crispy.
Very refreshing and delicious!
Steak with chef's special sauce
Here comes the steak! LOL!
The meat is tender.
The sauce is like a secret sauce that also whets your appetite,
It also has a delicious Japanese flavor!
Strawberry and blueberry sherbet
The rich aroma of blueberries makes your stomach feel refreshed!
It is sweet and sour and easy to eat.
We finished with after-dinner cake and tea.
The cake was homemade and all the food and desserts were satisfying!
What surprised me was that they also had reasonably priced hamburger set menus, so it is a very nice restaurant that can be used on a daily basis!
The restaurant is close to Ladybug Park, super public baths, and other leisure activities, so please try it for dinner or something on your way home when you drop by!
