Marriage at the Sake Brewery
Let's go visit a sake brewery! and invited us to visit the sake brewery!
I'm interested because I've recently learned to drink a little sake! I am!
And I'm really interested in enjoying the marriage of food and sake!
Thanks to my friend for inviting me!
We visited Daimon Sake Brewery, a 10-minute walk from JR Kawachi-Wanfune Station!
It is located in a quiet place with a completely different atmosphere from the one in front of the station, and once you enter the gate, you will find a very nice atmosphere!
It is not a recently built brewery, but a place that has been built up over the years, and the atmosphere it exudes is indescribable!
To enter the warehouse, you take off your shoes and put on slippers.
You can take a tour of the brewery and the fermentation process.
Tasting of freshly brewed sake, tasting of freshly brewed sake lees, etc.
This sake lees is totally different from what I used to eat...
It tasted like cream cheese and was so refreshing - it would be great to make a sake lees soup with it!
When I was getting hungry, it was time for the marriage event!
DAIMON Mellow x Seafood and Grilled Vegetable Salad
Sardine and shrimp confit, root vegetables, and Caesar dressing with miso as a secret ingredient!
Not too cheesy, very much my favorite!
I didn't like the cheese in the Caesar salad! I didn't like the insistence of cheese in the Caesar salad...
It's very tasty and Japanese style!
The sake has a fruity aroma and just the right amount of acidity.
It's so easy to drink, what should I do?
Special Junmai Sake Rikyubai x Hocken Mee
It's a Singaporean dish like yakisoba noodles!
The noodles are made with rice flour, so it is more authentic!
The taste is spicy, similar to Pad Thai, which is also my favorite!
The sake was crisp and a little stimulating!
I guess this kind of sake is supposed to go with this kind of food...
DAIMON Clisp x Chicken and Chestnut Stew
The chestnuts are caramelized before use.
The sweetness of the chestnuts and the bitterness and sweetness of the caramel are well used and delicious!
The chicken is delicious, but the chestnuts are the star of the stew!
The sake is very refreshing and easy to drink!
I wonder if it's just right to go with something strong?
DAIMON35 Junmai Daiginjo & Creamy Mushroom Risotto
The flavor of mushrooms spreads out and it is definitely delicious!
The rice in the risotto was also al dente.
It was so delicious that everyone had to have another serving!
The sake was a London Sake Challenge Gold Award winner!
It is very fruity and aromatic, and although it is dry, it doesn't taste dry at all, but it makes you feel gorgeous!
Pairing is very well thought out, and the food and sake go well together.
I was honestly surprised at how well the food and sake went together!
I still don't know much about sake.
This one is spicy! This is fruity! I'm at that level...
If you entertain me like this, I'm going to get addicted to it.
The depth is very deep!
I may change my way of thinking a little from now on!
It was a great opportunity to hear the creator's story!
Thanks to my friend for inviting me!
I heard that they will go to the sake brewery tour and the marriage event with some friends!
