ร้านอาหารแนะนำแถวๆ สถานี Akebonobashi,บาร์

A friend of mine told me about this bar in Yotsuya, which I had always wanted to go to, and it is a bar where the science world is in full bloom! The drink menu is really interesting! The menu was like a laboratory notebook, and there were many different kinds of drinks! I ordered a drink called DNA, which was described as rum and strawberry juice, but when it came out, what was it? (lol) And then, the store staff started to explain. The glass (beaker) was turned around, and a white jelly-like substance emerged! It was strawberry DNA ( °_° )( °_° ), amazing, I mixed it with strawberry pulp and ate it! It was delicious, By the way, my friend ordered a red wine based cocktail called "Mad Scientist"! We decided to have some food, tofu and tomato salad and alcoholic seared Gouda cheese. What a surprise! The plate was a petri dish, and instead of chopsticks, we used tweezers! I was so impressed with the salad and the cheese seared by the alcohol lamp, it was great! We stayed until closing time, but the interior of the restaurant was too much fun, and the staff gave us a lot of geeky explanations about the restaurant! We also wore lab coats and played a typing game to generate bases, lol. I am a crazy humanities person, but I really enjoyed it! I think science majors will be even more excited...! It's to the level where I want to go there...lol...lol...I'm planning to go back soon...(-ᴗ-)*♪

ร้านสะอาดและมีบรรยากาศที่น่าอยู่ พนักงานบริการอบอุ่น ทำให้รู้สึกสบายใจในการใช้เวลาอยู่ที่นี่ ไวน์ธรรมชาติแน่นอนว่ามีให้เลือก แต่ยังสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับสาเกได้ด้วย จานเล็กที่เน้นผักทุกจานมีความพิถีพิถัน และปริมาณก็พอเหมาะไม่มากเกินไปหรือน้อยเกินไป โดยเฉพาะมะเขือเทศที่หวานและฉ่ำ เข้ากันได้ดีกับสปาร์คกลิ้ง อาหารจะถูกเสิร์ฟอย่างช้าๆ ทำให้สามารถนั่งจิบไปเรื่อยๆ และเพลิดเพลินได้อย่างสบายใจ

สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานีเดินเพียงไม่กี่ก้าว บรรยากาศในร้านดีมาก มีเคาน์เตอร์และโต๊ะเล็กๆ และสะอาดหมดจด มีไวน์ให้เลือกมากมายในแก้ว และสนุกกับการได้ลองรสชาติใหม่ๆ เบียร์ก็มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย สามารถเพลิดเพลินได้ตามอารมณ์ อาหารอย่างเช่น ขาเป็ดคอนฟี และปลาขาวหมัก ก็เข้ากันได้ดีกับเครื่องดื่ม การบริการที่ไม่เป็นทางการทำให้รู้สึกสบาย และสามารถใช้เวลาได้อย่างช้าๆ
