Bonito Shokudo Gohan + Bonito Shokudo's Special Raw Eggs
There is a TV show that I love called "Seven Rules" ( ), and I have wanted to eat this breakfast since I saw the broadcast of the show. I finally made it. I'm so happy. I wanted to go so bad that I left my friend who is not good at bonito flakes in the middle of Tokyo and stood in line by myself without feeling guilty. Yay, yay, yay.
A beautiful lady with bonito-colored hair and a twisted hachimaki shaved bonito flakes right in front of me. A bonito entertainment show. I tried to act calm and quiet since I was alone, but secretly I was very, very excited 🔥🔥.
The system is titled "Spring Bonito Festival" and you can choose one bonito flakes you want to eat from 5 different bonito flakes. And then !!!!!!!!! Katsuo-chan-san tells you the story of all the bonito flakes one by one. This is very interesting. I had never thought about the process of turning bonito into bonito flakes, and I learned that the process differs depending on the person who makes it. I don't have anywhere to show it off (laughs).
By the way, I chose "Kinshichi Shoten's" bonito flakes. I was told that they make bonito flakes while playing classical music. Amazing. It's like a fetus. They say it's a bonito flakes with a salty taste at the end after the tenderness.
And !!!!!! When you are eating the super quality nekomamama, Katsuo-chan chooses to put a different type of bonito flakes on top of the rice in the form of "Oitikatsuo". The "otei katsuo" was from Sakai Shoten. Kokoro-bushi. The name "Shinbushi" was given to the dried bonito flakes because all of the children have the kanji for "heart". That's a good story, isn't it? Kindness of kindness, of kindness, of bonito flakes.
I had never had a chance to compare bonito flakes since I was born, so it was a very exciting morning! It was great to be able to move freely in Tokyo on a sunny day during the Katsuo Shokudo event. It was fun to be interviewed by the TV crew from Telemacho.
At the end, when I told them I was from Toyama Prefecture, they told me that the bonito flakes from Himi were fatty and delicious, and Katsuo-chan cheerfully said "Thank you very much! I can't wait to come back 🐟 again 🐟.
Oh !!!!!!!!! I forgot to mention !!!!!!!!! The miso soup with lots of ingredients and the dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) are super tasty !!!!!!!!!

My best grilled fish!
Due to my lazy writing, I have not been able to post temporarily, but it has been a long time since I have posted because it was so delicious.
I visited this restaurant for the first time because I was allowed to work at 1:00 p.m. on November 24, which is a good Japanese food day, and I had a flex workday.
I was not sure whether to have the well balanced set meal (with sashimi for about 700 yen extra), but being a sashimi lover, I chose the well balanced set meal of grilled silver salmon roe with miso (2200 yen).
The grilled fish is amazingly delicious, probably because it is grilled over charcoal.
The thickness of the fish is also very thick.
The Akinata fish I was interested in was off the menu, perhaps due to a poor catch, but it definitely looks delicious, so I will return next year!
The grilled fish was so good that I couldn't resist having another serving of rice, but I was served a lot, so if you are not a big eater, I would recommend having a smaller second serving of rice lol.
I was so hungry. Thank you for the delicious fish.
