You two have niboshi (dried fish) 🐟. YUKO and I had seared rare chashu pork bowl (it doesn't say it on the menu, but if you say "half rice" it's 100 yen). YUKO-san, please give me chashu pork on a separate plate. (It's not on the menu, but it's 100 yen if you ask for half a bowl of rice. It's everyone's secret 🥺✨✨✨. Eat it without anything first ☝️ It's so good 😭. The umami of the chicken is so concentrated 😭 The thickness is perfect 😭 And speaking of tsubomi, rare chashu pork! I left it in the ramen broth and the boiled style chashu pork was also the best 💕. The seared rare chashuu rice bowl was also too good and I wanted to shovel it down but it's a classy restaurant so I ate it slowly, great ☺️👌👌 lol moco said the boiled egg was delicious so I'll definitely top it up next time 🥚.
