I love salt ramen, kainomi, sakura yukke, bibimbap, and so on.
I love "Uta Shoen" but when I type "Kashoen" I can't convert it into Japanese, which makes me sad, so I've registered it in the dictionary.
I finished up by coating my stomach, which was a bit weak from the delicious yakiniku, with some gentle salt ramen noodles. It was the first time for me to try the kainomi recommended by Kasuiro-chan, and it was delicious! It was lighter than kalbi, which I prefer! The yukke was also delicious! By the way, bibimbap goes well with white rice as a side dish.

Fried loach.
I visited a place where I had heard rumors of delicious and tasty food. I was shocked. I didn't know that loach was this thin. I thought it was the size of an eel. They even showed me a live one before it was fried! Gross. !!!!!! (LOL!)
Also, Izumi-san's ponzu (Japanese sauce made by hand) is really good. You can really drink it. I mean, I drank it. I had the shirako (white cod) and the gizzard. The oyster gratin was also delicious and creamy!
I never go to Asahi-machi, so I didn't know anything about it. There are still many treasures to be discovered there...
