Due to having connections from working in Shimonoseki, I directly procure fresh blowfish at the Karato Market and wholesale them to ensure the best quality. Depending on the season, I carefully select natural and farmed blowfish, each with its own merits, and create a luxurious course. Please take your time to savor it with an overnight stay. It takes about three days to prepare in order to achieve the best quality.
A course featuring the enjoyment of 'Japanese food' that is popular overseas. Slightly different from the usual Japanese cuisine, this glamorous and wine-friendly Japanese food fits well for celebratory and enjoyable occasions.
If you want to enjoy delicious food and drinks and spend a relaxing time, the accommodation plan is recommended. You can stay with about 6 people in a room with both beds and futons (more can be accommodated upon request). Reservation is required, but it is also possible to arrive at 19:00 with an evening contact.
