Hanamontei is an izakaya specializing in teppanyaki dishes, primarily 'okonomiyaki'. Therefore, we would like our customers to enjoy 'konamon' in their 'favorite' way. First, please choose a base menu of the 'konamon' you would like to eat... Second, you can add as many of your favorite toppings as you like. Of course, if you have any questions like 'What combinations are delicious?' or 'What toppings do you recommend?', our staff, who love konamon, will be happy to answer, so please rest assured. Enjoy your preferred menu in your favorite style until dawn. First, please choose the base of the 'konamon' you would like to eat. We carefully grill the thin 'okonomiyaki' from the downtown area of Kobe, 'Nagata', with soul in every piece. Although it looks thin, please enjoy the hot 'okonomiyaki' with our special sauce. Of course, we also have a super spicy special thick sauce available. Be sure to savor the 'okonomiyaki' from the downtown area of Kobe, which is 'crispy on the outside, and gooey on the inside'!
The specialty 'Dashi Okonomiyaki' is a signature dish created after much thought by the founder of Hanamontei. It is not just an okonomiyaki that is eaten dipped in dashi. Both the ingredients and the method are carefully selected, not only for the okonomiyaki but also for the soy sauce and dashi. This is a light and delicious specialty dashi okonomiyaki. As a specialty of Kobe, it is a taste that you will want to share with someone. Recommended okonomiyaki: ● Pork and Oil Katsu Okonomiyaki 1380 yen (tax included 1518 yen) ● Champon Okonomiyaki 1300 yen (tax included 1430 yen) ● Mochi & Cheese Okonomiyaki 1180 yen (tax included 1298 yen)

Please enjoy our specialty 'Dashi Okonomiyaki' made with our carefully crafted Japanese dashi.
The umami of beef tendon and konjac pairs well with the broth.
Please enjoy the seafood dipped in dashi.
As the name suggests, this is yakisoba that is quickly grilled on a high-temperature iron plate. The homemade Nagata sauce sizzles on the iron plate, releasing a delightful aroma that whets the appetite. Of course, the noodles are specially made yakisoba noodles, perfectly coated with the sauce. You can change it to an omelet yakisoba with toppings. Recommended yakisoba: ● Omelet Pork Yakisoba 1000 yen ● Champon Yakisoba 1100 yen ● Bokkake (Beef Tendon) Tsukimi Yakisoba 900 yen
'Monjayaki in Kansai?' Ten years ago, when we started serving monjayaki at Hanamontei, we received many such comments from our customers. However, it has now become another signature dish of Hanamontei. The secret to our Kansai-style twist that overturns the perception that monjayaki is a Tokyo dish is our special blended sauce! Let's enjoy the crispy edges together! Recommended monjayaki ● Asakusa Ichiban (Mentaiko, Mochi, Cheese) 1485 yen ● Bokkake (Sujikon) and Negi Monjayaki 1155 yen ● Tsukishima Baby Star (Baby Star, Bacon, Corn) 1155 yen
This is Soba-meshi Yaki, which originated in Nagata, Kobe. It is perfect not only as a rice dish to finish off a night of drinking but also as a side dish to accompany drinks. It pairs exceptionally well with Kobe's specialty, Bokkake (a dish made by simmering beef sinew and konjac). Recommended Soba-meshi: ● Bokkake (Sujikon) Tsukimi Soba-meshi 1078 yen ● Pork Kimchi Soba-meshi 1188 yen ● Champon Soba-meshi 1298 yen
Hanamontei's Modern Yaki is, of course, a traditional style from Kobe's downtown. A thinly spread batter is topped with yakisoba seasoned with homemade sauce, and then lightly covered with more batter before being grilled. The Hanamontei Modern Yaki strikes a balance that is neither too heavy nor too light, offering a texture and flavor that sets it apart from ordinary Modern Yaki. While soba noodles are typically used, there is also a hidden menu option for Modern Yaki with udon noodles. ● Yatai-style Modern Yaki 1210 yen ● Abura-kasu Modern Yaki 1078 yen ● Bokkake (sujikon) Modern Yaki 968 yen
When you take a bite of negiyaki, the flavor of green onions spreads throughout your mouth. The thinly grilled negiyaki is also known by another name, 'usuyaki' (thin grill). As the name suggests, it may not look like it, but it actually uses a mountain of green onions. Enjoy the negiyaki, which is concentrated with the flavor of green onions, with light soy sauce or homemade sauce. Recommended negiyaki ● Bokkake (sujikon) negiyaki 1023 yen ● Aburakasu negiyaki 1133 yen ● Tsukimi negiyaki 913 yen
This is a hearty yaki udon where the soft (tender) surface of Kansai-style udon is firmly grilled on a hot plate and seasoned with a burnt sauce. It is a popular menu item that pairs well with offal and kimchi. Please note that there is a limited quantity available, and we appreciate your understanding if we run out. Recommended yaki udon: ● Offal Yaki Udon 1210 yen ● Green Onion Pork Soy Sauce Yaki Udon 1045 yen ● Oil Residue Sauce Yaki Udon 990 yen
