This course allows you to enjoy seasonal appetizers, sashimi and tempura. Please enjoy to your heart's content the co-starring of our special ingredients that make you appreciate the four seasons.
This is a kaiseki menu that can only be enjoyed here, where we know eels inside and out. It is a full-course meal of eel from the appetizer to the unaju (eel stew) meal.

This "Celebration Gozen" commemorates the second anniversary of Kobe Sannomiya restaurant and includes our famous "Nagoya specialty Hitsumabushi", "Three kinds of seasonal fish sashimi" and "Three kinds of eel appetizers". The main "Nagoya specialty Hitsumabushi" can be changed to "Ippon Kabayaki Hitsumabushi" for +1,100 yen or "Ippon Hitsumabushi" for +1,220 yen.

Eel is rich in nutrients and has health-boosting effects, serving as a good luck charm that 'binds relationships' and 'increases financial fortune.' This eel, carefully selected for the one whole eel dish, is so thick that it does not shrink even when the skin is grilled to a fragrant crisp. It has enough fat to withstand the strong heat of binchotan charcoal, allowing it to be grilled quickly over charcoal to create a crispy exterior that locks in the flavor, while the inside remains fluffy and thick, with a rich spread of fat. Enjoy the exquisite texture of 'Crispy Fluffy Melty' created by the artisan's skill in achieving the perfect grilling.
