The menu is composed of appetizers and drinks. The confit of iwanaka pork has a beautiful cross section with a hint of garlic and rosemary, and the fat is tender and melts in your mouth. The pasta is of course homemade.
We are particular about homemade products, and we structure our menu so that you can enjoy drinks from the appetizers. A5 selected wagyu beef is shipped directly from Furano, Hokkaido.
