A large plate based on vegetables sourced from the Reinan area in Fukui Prefecture, combined with charcuterie from Metzgerleiter. Please choose your favorite cake from the showcase and enjoy it with your preferred drink.
We will prepare a small assortment of about 8 types of wine snacks, including prosciutto, dried fruits, and olives. (Serves approximately 2-3 people)
A platter of 8 types of thinly sliced German beer sausages made with ingredients like paprika, pistachios, and olives.
A large German sausage about 15 cm made with Niigata Prefecture brand pork 'Pure White Bianca'.

For birthdays and anniversaries, we will prepare a cake of the day with a message of your choice.

Glass wine is available in 50cc or 90cc. 90cc/880 yen to 3,278 yen, 50cc/550 yen to 1,980 yen.
We will prepare 3 types of wine from a selection of 80 glass wines according to your theme or preference. The price will be 1,650 yen / 2,200 yen / 2,750 yen depending on the wine.
We will prepare a selection of wines, each 60cc, from sparkling, white, orange, rosé, and red, like a course. 3 glasses for 3,000 yen, 4 glasses for 3,800 yen, 5 glasses for 4,500 yen. An example of a day: Champagne Jean Saindrin Tradition Brut NV, White Cantina Cinque Terre Pergole Sparce 2023, Rosé Bessa Valley Winery Rose Grande Cuvee 2022, Red Domaine Marey Gevrey-Chambertin La Justice 2022. Considering the compatibility with baked goods and desserts, we offer Irish and Scotch whiskeys that are aged in bourbon casks.
