A highball inspired by the ruthless Nobunaga, also known as the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven, who burned down the Enryaku-ji Temple on Mount Hiei. It has a pleasant taste made easy to drink with blood orange.
A matcha highball inspired by Hideyoshi, who had a deep connection with Sen no Rikyū, including creating a golden tea room. It has a slightly sweet flavor.

Blood orange + grapefruit tonic. Inspired by Chihime, the lawful wife of Toyotomi Hideyori, who lived a tumultuous life as the daughter of the Tokugawa family, the last heroine of the Sengoku period.
Original label by Gomi Tori. This local beer was developed with the motif of the golden shachihoko from Nagoya Castle. It is a refreshing and easy-to-drink type with a lively malt flavor.
