This is a luxurious oyakodon made with carefully processed domestic chicken and plenty of eggs from Ganko Village. It is served with freshly cooked silver rice, completing the dish in the bowl. Our specialty is the perfect balance between oyakodon and egg over rice, cooked to a creamy consistency, and enjoyed with lemon and putchukimchi (garlic chive kimchi) for a flavor change!
This is a clay pot rice dish filled with plenty of black Wagyu beef and sliced burdock root. The burdock absorbs the sweet and savory flavors of the Wagyu fat, making it a perfect match for the clay pot rice.
