Tempura is a popular Gozen dish at our restaurant made with seasonal fresh vegetables. You can choose between white rice or mixed rice.
A Satoyama original hot pot using the pride of the sister store 'Arnovurst Curt' - raw wieners. Enjoy the ingredients of the hot pot for the first serving, then add rice and beaten eggs to the remaining broth in the pot... Indulge in a hearty porridge with the rich flavor of raw wieners.
Sagaken Sanse Village-grown Koshihikari rice, which has a low yield and is rarely distributed. The rice, grown in clear air and clean streams with large temperature differences, is characterized by its stickiness. The combination of rice cooked with natural underground water in a gas kettle and natural yam is excellent! This is a very popular menu item among women.
We deep-fry three types of original tofu (plain, carrot, and Ariake seaweed) from Satoyama in tonkatsu style. This is the true 'meat of the field'!

We marinated the 'Mitsuse Chicken', which has a moderate texture and rich flavor, in salt koji overnight. The salt koji brings out the umami of the meat perfectly, and we fry it without using any other seasonings.
