Restaurant’s terms and conditions
We have a 15 minute grace period. After this grace period, we can no longer hold tables. We will do our best to accommodate but seating may no longer be guaranteed. Please give us a call if you are running late. Parties must be complete in order to be seated. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file. After 9 p.m. we are a 21+ establishment. Valid government issued ID is required for entry.
A note from the restaurant
LEVEL 8 Dress Code: We kindly ask our guests to abide by the smart casual code at Level 8. The following clothing items are not permitted after 8pm on Friday and Saturday. Beachwear, Caps, Athletic Tops, T-shirts, Sweatpants, Shorts and Flip Flops (including rubber and plastic thongs). Dress hats are generally acceptable. After 9 p.m. we are a 21+ establishment. Valid government issued ID is required for entry.
