Located at an altitude of over 1000m in the Darjeeling region of India, Margaret's Hope Tea Estate is a tea garden known for its global reputation and high evaluation. It is characterized by a sweet aroma reminiscent of muscat, a gentle astringency, and a refined sweetness.

A rare rooibos tea made using a special method that does not involve fermentation. It retains the distinctive characteristics of rooibos tea while achieving a smooth and gentle flavor.

This oolong tea, known as Ichouka, is produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. It is characterized by a floral aroma. By reducing the level of fermentation, it provides a greener and fresher impression compared to the commonly recognized black oolong tea.

This tea uses the stem parts that have less bitterness and more sweetness. Because it is lightly roasted, you can enjoy not only the roasted aroma but also a fresh green scent. By aging it in a cave in Shizuoka after finishing, the roasted aroma can be mellowed, creating a deeper fragrance.

This is a blend that enhances the elegance and freshness of jasmine tea. The sweet aroma can be too strong to fully enjoy a meal, so we have balanced it by adding citrus notes with herbs.

■Ingredients: Jujube, Ginger, Safflower, Rose Petals, Mimosa Bark, Stem of Creeping Houttuynia. This tea warms the body and promotes blood circulation, ideal for those who might be described as 'ice women.' It is recommended for anyone who often feels cold in their hands and feet, has a pale complexion, experiences severe menstrual pain, or has poor blood circulation, regardless of the season.

■Ingredients: Jujube, Creeping Knotweed Stem, Rooibos Tea, Mulberry Leaves, Perilla Leaves, Orange Peel, Mugwort. Jujube is said to replenish 'Qi', while Creeping Knotweed is said to replenish 'Blood'. Perilla and orange peel are believed to support 'digestive function'. (Caffeine-free) This tea is especially recommended for mothers who nurture and give life.

We also have it available on the rocks, with water, and of course as a highball (with soda).

Cassis, popular in cocktails. It can be mixed with soda, ginger ale, or oolong tea for drinking.
