From July 9th, we will hold the Shima Aji and Summer Big Catch Festival! 'Shima Aji', the pinnacle of horse mackerel, offers a firm texture and a rich umami that clings to the tongue, making it a summer favorite. 'Kagoshima Prefecture's Umami Water Eel' has a thick and fluffy texture. Its excellent fat content provides plenty of stamina! The sauce made with aged soy sauce is the key to its deliciousness. We also have a luxurious dish called 'Large Natural Kuruma Shrimp', known as the king of shrimp, which offers overwhelming sweetness and umami, as well as 'Sanriku Sea Bass', which has a light and elegant flavor concentrated with umami from kelp. We have prepared a variety of seasonal sushi!
July 24 and August 5 are 'Doyo no Ushi no Hi'! We have prepared unagi rice bowls to celebrate this day. This year, we will be selling 'Sushi Restaurant's Unagi Rice Bowl (Domestic)', made with eel from Kagoshima Prefecture, known for its rich flavor. The eels, carefully raised in clean underground water, are full of fat and packed with stamina! The sauce made with carefully aged soy sauce is the key to its deliciousness.
