We source fresh oysters from all over the country and prepare the oyster fry after you place your order.
We slowly cooked the bone-in thigh meat of Soshū Kohaku chicken at low temperature for 3 hours, resulting in a tender and flaky texture that can be easily pulled apart with chopsticks. The outside is crispy while the inside is juicy, no doubt about it.
We carefully fillet fresh horse mackerel, which can also be enjoyed as sashimi, and turn it into a fry. The homemade tartar sauce is finished by the customers themselves by mashing the egg.
