We directly import wines from the Black Sea and Mediterranean countries, where winemaking has been carried out since ancient times, including wines not yet available in Japan. Please enjoy the special wines from lands that have been passed down through the ages.
The Caucasus region, which flourished as a relay point on the Silk Road since ancient times, is said to be the birthplace of grapes and wine. With a history of 8000 years, this land, known as the world's oldest wine-producing area, cultivates nearly 500 unique grape varieties and has given birth to the world's oldest winemaking methods. By burying large clay vessels called 'Qvevri' underground, a constant temperature is maintained, and the egg shape promotes the fermentation and aging process. Various components such as skins, stems, and seeds that settle at the bottom impart rich flavors to the wine. This unique method results in a white wine that has an amber hue, which is why it is referred to as 'amber wine' or 'orange wine.' In Georgia, the ancient Qvevri method is still passed down to this day.
Kvevri method / White / Dry Kisi Alc: 13.0% Hand-picked, hand-selected, amber wine (orange wine) made using the traditional Georgian ancient kvevri method. The skins and seeds were soaked together for 6 months. It has a well-balanced mouthfeel with moderate tannins and sufficient acidity. There are hints of French marigold and peach aromas, and in the long finish, you can sense apple skin and black tea.
White/Dry Rkatsiteli Mtsvane Alc: 13.3% A representative indigenous white wine variety of Georgia, centered around Rkatsiteli, brewed using the 'maceration method' to create an amber wine (orange wine). The traditional and innovative method involves steeping the skins and seeds with the juice in a strictly temperature-controlled stainless steel tank for over 5 months without using qvevri, resulting in soft tannins and a pleasant aftertaste. It features delicate aromas of fresh quince and dried fruits.
Qvevri method / white / dry Kisi, Mtsvane Alc: 13.0% Features herbal aromas of Mtsvane and the scent of ripe pear and peach characteristic of Kisi. An amber-colored Qvevri wine that brings out the freshness and acidity of the two Georgian indigenous white grape varieties.
Red/Full-bodied Saperavi Alc: 14.5% This indigenous variety, Saperavi, which represents Georgia, was fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control. The lively tannins and crisp acidity harmonize with subtle notes of cherry, plum, and black pepper. Enjoy the characteristic long finish of Saperavi. International Wine Competition 2017 Goldbottle
Qvevri method / Red / Full-bodied Saperavi Alc: 14.0% Hand-harvested indigenous variety Saperavi was vinified using the traditional Qvevri method from the Kakheti region. International Qvevri Competition Goldbottle

It has the best soil and rain for wine in the world. The Bekaa Valley, near the Syrian border in western Lebanon, is hot in summer and has three months of snow in winter. The soil consists of limestone and red clay from the Cretaceous strata, which brings out the spicy flavors of Cabernet and Syrah. Since ancient times, the high-quality wines produced by the Phoenicians in the Bekaa Valley have been enjoyed in Greece and Rome. Chateau Heritage, a winery in the Bekaa Valley, has been selected as one of the world's best 50 wineries since 2019. This winery, which never gave up on grape cultivation and winemaking even amidst the long-lasting civil war and flying shells, is known for its strong spirit. It has continued to win Silver and Gold medals in prestigious European wine competitions since 2008.
Rose / Dry Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah Alc: 13.5% The rose wine made from four types of grapes has a delicate flavor. Aromas of berries and peaches with a refreshing mouthfeel. bottle
Red / Full-bodied Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon Alc: 14.0% Limited Edition wine. A smoky flavor created by aging two types of grapes in a second barrel. A micro-winery that revives ancestral vineyards and agricultural methods, exploring biodynamic farming. Believing in the importance of Lebanon's excellent indigenous varieties Obeideh and Merweh, it is the first winery in Lebanon to produce wine solely from these grapes. Using indigenous yeast in the fermentation process, it expresses the land's personality by maximizing the flavors and aromas created by Lebanon's excellent ancient terroir.

Ancient Greek winemaking was introduced from the Orient by the Phoenicians around 2000 BC. Many stories related to wine and grapes appear in Greek mythology and literary works. The ancient Greeks revered a god called Dionysus (Bacchus) as the god of wine and the abundance of grapes, and it is said that Dionysus spread winemaking throughout various regions. Greece is home to around 300 indigenous grape varieties, and the production of unique and appealing wines continues in various places. Ktima Gerovassiliou is a winery located on the hills of Epanomi, overlooking Mount Olympus, where the gods are said to reside. The vineyards in this beautiful rural town with a population of about 9,000 are also a treasure trove of rich ecosystems and wild birds. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, the sea breeze gives the fruit acidity, resulting in fresh-tasting wines. Diligent winemakers carefully tend to the grapes, harmonizing tradition and technique to produce high-quality wines that reflect the characteristics of this terroir to the fullest.

Crete enjoys long hours of sunshine, with over 300 days of clear weather each year, making it a sun-blessed land. The gentle south-facing slopes are cooled by a sea breeze known as Meltemi, resulting in wines with delicate acidity that one would not expect from a southern island.
