A luxurious lineup to enjoy with our specialty, Okehitsumabushi. Starting with three seasonal appetizers, each dish is carefully prepared, including grilled edamame (soybeans) with a rich aroma of sansho (Japanese pepper), plump umaki (fish roll), and grilled chicken. For the main course, we offer "Okehitsumabushi," which allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of eel. Finish off the meal with a bowl of chilly ice cream wrapped in a nakazuke (a small, thin, and sweetened bowl of rice cake) to enjoy the aftertaste.
This course is recommended for various events (welcome party, farewell party, year-end party). Eel is the main ingredient in this course.
Deluxe Ibuki Mountain made with two eels.
The eel has a crispy outside and fluffy texture inside. Hitsumabushi pairs perfectly with the broth. It's excellent on its own, with condiments, or with broth poured over it. A delightful eel dish that brings smiles. Selected eels from an eel wholesaler in Aichi Prefecture, finished using traditional Kansai techniques. The skin is crispy, and the flesh is moist.
"KUROGI Donburi" features eel with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. The KUROGI Donburi is a luxurious bowl that includes not only eel but also sea urchin, crab, salmon roe, salmon, and shrimp.
