Shrimp, Clams, Calamari, Mussels & Lobster

Sunny California is the birthplace of nearly 90 per cent of American-produced wines. With rich geography and viticultural history dating back to the 18th century, the state of California creates wines that add artistry to the industry. Over 1,200 wineries exist in the state, from the larger likes of Clos du Bois Winery to smaller boutique chateaus

Some of the oldest winemaking areas in the world belong to Italy, making the country well known for its quality of drink. And as one of the two largest wine producers in the world, Italian wineries craft a broad variety. The complexity of these creations – there are over 350 grape combinations that make Italian wines – creates a rich experience for the drinker

For over 200 years, winemaking has been a beloved tradition in the Niagara region of Ontario, and the area consists of some of the most renowned wineries in the world. While the quality of these local wines set it apart, its intense, sweet icewine – produced from grape varietals of Vidal, Cabernet Franc and Riesling — continues to be the leading premium dessert wine in the world
