The name of the restaurant, "Kura 6330," comes from "63 degrees," the temperature used to sterilize milk, and "30 minutes," the time required for sterilization. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, and the log cabin-like interior has a spacious and open atmosphere. Main dishes include warehouse-baked pizza, one-pot meals, and pasta. The "homemade fresh cheese" and "milk gelato" made from fresh milk are a must-try.

Oven-baked Avocado and Thick-cut Bacon
The bacon is very juicy and the avocado is delicious too!
It was a little bit from Funabashi, but the location was very nice, calm and quiet, like a rural area. The restaurant was also exciting with cute pop-ups, decorations, and exciting displays.
The food was also very special, and I could tell from the menu alone that it was delicious.
The waitstaff were all very attentive, and I enjoyed their explanations and stories about the dishes, which made me feel very at home.
I also wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday, so I made a reservation for a birthday plate, which was very stylishly decorated and several people wished me a happy birthday. It's been a long time since I've had such a fun and satisfying lunch, and I will definitely repeat the experience!

We arrived about 20 minutes earlier than our reservation time, but were shown to our table because the person in front of us had already left.
The restaurant and surroundings looked like we were in a summer resort such as Karuizawa, and I could see why it is so popular, especially among women. All the dairy products are handmade and all the dishes are so delicious that even if you are full, you don't want to leave any behind!

You can see the green trees from the window, as if you were in Karuizawa. The friendly and courteous waitstaff made the food even better. The cheese and Kura original milk are excellent. I would like to come again as they also have a morning meal. Reservations are a must.
We visited for lunch! There were four of us, so we shared four different lunch courses and enjoyed them...delicious! The pizza was the first time I had tasted it and the cheese was delicious and not cloying!

I went there for the first time in a long time with my mom and dad's friends, and even though we talked too much and stayed too long, we were left alone (in a good way) without any bad feelings.
