This is a salt ramen made with a focus on natural salt, blended with sun-dried salt and island salt, extracting umami components from seafood, kelp, and natural ingredients, using chicken broth. Adding plum is an extra 50.
Hokkaido miso (red dot) as the base with medium-thick curly noodles! You can change the flavor with curry spices, and the refreshing touch of ginger makes this Ieyasu, calm and composed, addictive!
