This is a 2:8 soba served with lightly battered, crispy shrimp and crunchy vegetables. It is also recommended as a side dish for sake or white wine.
The key to this local dish, which is simmered right in front of you, is the miso soup made from Hōhōdori broth. Please compare it with Hōtō Nabe from other restaurants and experience its refined deliciousness.
This set includes 'mushroom oroshi', 'pickles', and 'rice' with the hōtō nabe. The zosui made from the leftover broth of the hōtō nabe has a rich and mellow flavor, and is highly recommended.
