This course includes two kinds of horse sashimi (red meat and rose meat), three kinds of sashimi, and our signature dishes such as Hakata's famous Mentaiko Beef Motsunabe and Nakatsu Karaage, which are the main items in this course and will surely satisfy you!

A local dish from the Goto Islands, located further west of the Nagasaki mainland. You can enjoy its strong chewiness and bouncy texture. Goto Udon refers to the thin, strong, hand-stretched udon that has been consumed in the Goto Islands since ancient times. The manufacturing process uses oil, resulting in a rich flavor and smooth throat feel that is truly exquisite. In the past, the production volume was low, and due to its deliciousness and rarity, it was called 'phantom udon.' Please enjoy the authentic chewiness and smoothness.
The main ingredient is Satsuma sweet potatoes, specifically the Kogane Senkan variety, which are grown under the best conditions of well-drained volcanic ash soil from Sakurajima and a warm climate. It has a unique rich aroma and a smooth, sweet flavor. *There are also varieties that use other types of sweet potatoes.
