We grill mackerel that has been marinated in sweet vinegar right in front of the customer with a burner. Please enjoy it after squeezing some finishing lemon on it when the fat is sizzling and fragrant. Half 528 yen

A local dish from Yamaguchi Prefecture, arranged in the Kouzou style, featuring tea soba grilled on tiles. A new standard from Kouzou that is light yet satisfying, with a perfect match of sweet and spicy beef ribs.
