Ramenya Toy Box

We use a blend of 10 types of raw soy sauce and fresh soy sauce, which are cooked in-house for the tare.

This is a bowl with a broth made from pork and chicken, topped with katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes).

This is a miso ramen that combines five types of miso with Sichuan pepper and orange peel. The richness of the miso, the spicy accent of the Sichuan pepper, and the refreshing taste of orange create a unique flavor in this miso ramen.

Basically, it is mixed rice with fragrant ginger soy sauce and char siu, but it may change to seasonal mixed rice. For an additional 100 yen, there is also mixed rice (Large).

It is offered very occasionally at the whim of the shop owner. There is almost no in-store announcement, so please refer to X (Twitter).
