Kyoto Brewing Session IPA ABV 4.5% IBU 16 Kyoto malt, hops, and yeast assert themselves in a well-balanced manner, particularly the hops (Citra, Equanot) which nicely enhance the sweet citrus characteristics. This is skillfully supported by the fruitiness derived from Belgian yeast, resulting in a flavor that you would want to drink every day without getting tired of it.
Kyoto Brewing Pineapple IPA ABV 6.5% IBU 36. A fruit IPA that combines the piney character of Idaho 7 with the taste of Kyoto pineapple juice, evoking a tropical fruit sensation. The finish features a hint of dank aroma along with gentle coconut and pineapple. In addition to the tropical character of the hops, a subtle acidity from the juice lingers, enhancing the flavor of pineapple.
Kyoto Brewing Session IPA ABV 4.5% IBU 20. A summer IPA focused on the flavors of Kyoto citrus & tropical hops with a light malt profile. The 2024 version maintains the soft body from wheat flakes and citrus notes as in previous years. Compared to last year, the aroma reminiscent of hassaku and pomelo is pleasant, and the use of Strata and Mosaic Cryo hops adds a subtle tropical essence of stone fruits. It truly has a flavor that you won't get tired of drinking!
Kyoto Brewing Belgian Red IPA ABV 6% IBU 41. A red IPA with an amber-red hue from Kyoto, allowing you to enjoy the richness of the malt, complemented by citrus and berry notes, balanced with tropical hops. Himari makes its fourth appearance in the Mari clan series since its debut in 2021. This time, it has been further arranged from the previous release, achieving a balanced finish of elegance, drinkability, and the richness of dark malt.

Kyoto Brewing Saison ABV 5% IBU 15. A secondary fermentation saison that carries the fresh and vibrant character of Kyoto green tea like a breeze. This is a can-conditioned secondary fermentation saison blended with three types of green tea from Horii Nanmei-en. We meticulously tested the infusion temperature and time based on the green tea blend, aiming to create a well-balanced saison that highlights the flavors and tastes of each of the three tea leaves.

A collaboration beer with SPECIAL OTHERS from Osaka. This sour IPA has an ABV of 7% and an IBU of 6. It is a fragrant beer that imparts sourness through lactic acid fermentation and uses a large amount of hops. The lactic acid bacteria used in the souring generate citrus aromas, creating nuances reminiscent of white wine. Additionally, by using cryo hops, which concentrate aromatic components by double, it has achieved a strong yet transparent fruity aroma.
Derailleur Brew Works ABV 6.5% IBU 19 Cold IPA made with a large amount of gummies and hops from Osaka. A hazy wort made with oats is infused with four types of gummies (grape, strawberry, cider, melon). HUMANS BEER Hazy IPA ABV 7.5% IBU 40 Kanagawa has a strong taste, and by adding Columbus hops for bitterness, we achieved a rich and deep bitterness. For dry hopping, we used Equanot, which is also the main component of Bubble Gum IPA, expressing a certain 'bubble gum' fruity flavor reminiscent of grapes.

A cute one-cup created in collaboration with Makino Shuzo, the oldest sake brewery in Gunma Prefecture, founded in the third year of Genroku (1690) with a history of about 330 years, and the official mascot of Gunma, 'Gunma-chan'. It has a smooth finish that is easy to drink with no peculiarities.
Uehara Sake Brewery, established in the second year of the Bunkyū era (1862), has been producing sake that fully brings out the flavor of rice in the northwestern part of Lake Biwa, which experiences heavy snowfall. The carefully aged sake has a rich flavor with a pleasant acidity.

This is a collaboration product between Daiichi Shuzou, which has an alcohol content of 14%, and the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture, along with Tochigi's local character 'Sanomaru' from Sano City! It has a refined and gentle aroma with a crisp and light flavor. It is recommended to be served as chilled sake, at room temperature, or slightly warmed. 'Sanomaru' is designed as a samurai living in the castle town of Sano, holding a sword made of sweet potato fries, with a bowl of Sano ramen as a hat.

Chiyo Musubi Brewery Alcohol Content 12% This is the sake from Tottori's Chiyo Musubi Brewery, part of the 'GeGeGe no Kitaro Series'! This Junmai Ginjo sake features the self-proclaimed 'Master of Survival', Nezumi Otoko, on the label. It is a Junmai Ginjo sake crafted by the award-winning Chiyo Musubi Brewery's Toji Iwanari, using sake-brewing rice suitable for the western part of Tottori Prefecture, resulting in a fragrant and easy-to-drink sake.
Murayuki sake has an alcohol content of 15% and is a Niigata sake that can be enjoyed as a food pairing without sweetness or bitterness. When warmed, it offers a gentle sweetness. Enjoy it as an evening drink!

This is a cup sake brewed using water from the Miyazaki Zao mountain range with an alcohol content of 15% from Shinza Brewery. It has a soft mouthfeel and a crisp acidity that creates a well-balanced flavor. Through thorough quality control with storage at a chilling temperature of minus 5 degrees, it has been carefully crafted despite being a cup sake.
Dewasakura Brewery Alcohol content 16% We want more people to enjoy Dewasakura Ginjo from Yamagata... This desire has been sealed in a can, and the Dewasakura Ginjo can has been released. The flavor is slightly rich, and the mouthfeel is solid. I believe it is a sake with a good drinking experience.
Sakata Brewery, alcohol content 16%. Most of Yamagata Jokigen is brewed as Ginjo or higher, having won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition for five consecutive years, with a total of 15 gold medals awarded (as of 2022). This is a traditional sake made by a capable brewery using the Kimoto method. It has a moderate Ginjo aroma and a smooth, easy-to-drink flavor.
Nagayama Honke Sake Brewery, alcohol content 16%. This is the standard sake of Yamaguchi Takai. It has a flavor typical of junmai, while being refreshing with citrus-like acidity. It is crafted to be a junmai sake that you won't get tired of even if you drink it every day, complementing your meals.
This is a locally loved sake brewed with 15% alcohol from Yamagata Prefecture rice. It has a mild and moderate aging aroma, and is a crisp yet flavorful dry sake that enhances dishes.
Heiwa Shuzo Alcohol content 15% Wakayama Kido brand's standard sake. The initial aroma is modest. It has a mild mouthfeel with a gentle umami and a crisp finish that flows smoothly. You can feel a gentle ginjo aroma. The acidity and umami spread moderately and then recede, making it a 'relaxing' style of sake that naturally encourages you to have one or two more cups while enjoying a meal.
A brewery that also brews vinegar from the sake lees after pressing Kunohe Zaka alcohol with an alcohol content of 16% from Wakayama, this is the regular sake that has been loved locally in Wakayama for many years. It can be enjoyed at your preferred temperature: chilled, room temperature, lukewarm, or hot.
This junmai sake, with an alcohol content of 16%, is brewed using 'Manyo Kuroushi no Mizu', one of the selected top 100 waters of Wakayama Kishu. It uses Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50% for the koji rice, and the koji was made using traditional box koji methods with hand-washed, limited water absorption. The sake rice, such as Gohyakumangoku, was polished to less than 60% and fermented at low temperatures. It has a soft aroma and a rich flavor that brings out the umami of the rice. This sake is a versatile type that pairs well with food, enjoyable both warm and chilled.
