This is the standard oyster plan of Ikada-so. Please enjoy raw oysters, grilled oysters, and fried oysters.
The 12-course kaiseki menu includes a variety of seasonal ingredients prepared in a variety of ways, from the exquisite raw oysters and appetizers to the seasonal pickled rice bowl that finishes the meal, including raw oysters that can be enjoyed all year round. This is a luxurious menu for those who want to enjoy both oysters and fresh seafood.

This kaiseki course features Matoya's summer oysters (iwakaki). Recommended for oyster lovers who enjoy oysters from beginning to end.
This is a half course of Matoya Oyster Summer Kaiseki (full course) without oyster steak and oyster sushi, which is reasonably priced but very satisfying.
These are special oysters raised at our directly managed oyster farm, available year-round and not found in the market. They are small in size but fresh and sweet, making them most suitable for raw consumption. *For one piece, it is 420 yen.

Brewed using the underground water from the Isuzugawa River flowing through Ise Jingu Naiku, this sake is made with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, comparable to Daiginjō, resulting in a well-balanced product with a floral aroma and flavor. Alcohol content: 15% or more but less than 16%, 300ml bottle.
This is a plum wine made with carefully selected sake from Ise, blended with fully ripe Nanko plums. Since it is a plum wine based on sake, it has a very soft taste, and the fruity aroma combined with the ginjo fragrance makes it a popular choice at our store.
