At our restaurant, we are particular about our fish, 'Mikuni.' Every morning, the owner personally purchases fish from the Fukui Central Market's second auction of freshly caught fish. Additionally, we source live fish directly from local single-line fishermen, preparing them in our tank to provide you with delicious fish from Fukui.
The well-known high-class fish 'Nodoguro', please enjoy its exquisite fat.
Delivered by a dedicated fisherman, the sweetfish is caught from the upper reaches of the Kuzuryu River.
The abalone from Echizen is top quality in both taste and size. Enjoy the crunchy texture and the aroma of the sea with the sashimi. Alternatively, it is finished with a soft texture on a thick teppan.
