In order to offer the best food at that time The contents change every month or according to the owner's mood.
Thank you for your interest in our restaurant among the countless dining establishments. I hope to create a place where everyone can gather and feel the changing seasons together. I opened this small restaurant, though still inexperienced, with the desire to make Japanese cuisine feel closer and to be enjoyed without any pretense. Japanese cuisine that we can be proud of to the world. However, what should be our own country's cuisine has somehow become something with a high threshold and feels distant... With creativity and a playful spirit, I strive daily to make it more accessible and closer, aiming for 'friendly Japanese cuisine.' For those who are unsure of what to order or for young people who have had few opportunities to experience Japanese cuisine, we only offer an 'omakase course' to make it easier to understand. I hope our restaurant can be a starting point for you to enjoy Japanese cuisine. The menu is designed to let you enjoy the flavors of the season. I want you to enjoy the moment it is served! With that thought in mind, I do not create a menu, and I hope you can wait excitedly to see what will come next. Our restaurant is a small place with 8 counter seats and one table, so I hope it can also be a space for customers to gather together. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask ^_^ To ensure that our guests can enjoy their time as much as possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could make a reservation in advance so we can provide the best hospitality. Once your plans are set, we look forward to your early reservation and consultation.

This dish is said to be created by Masahiro Kasahara, who is known for his controversial culinary style and is also the place where the owner trained. It is a tribute to the combination of iburigakko and cheese. We serve it as an appetizer before the rice.
The contents and price vary depending on the day. It is a takeout that uses seasonal ingredients, allowing you to feel the seasons. Since it takes time to prepare, if you let us know early, we can minimize your waiting time. The photo is for illustration purposes.
After all, the first choice is draft beer! The crispness, the smoothness, and the bitterness that only adults can enjoy are irresistible! And let's finish with draft beer too, haha!
We have Heartland, Sapporo Lager (Red Star), and Premium Jukusen available.
For those who always drink glass champagne, try sparkling sake with Japanese cuisine! The sweet aroma of the rice used in the sake spreads, and it can be enjoyed refreshingly with a strong effervescence and crispness. A finely sparkling sake reminiscent of a white fairy. An elegant and dry, refreshing taste masterpiece. Please enjoy it in a flute glass.
Even those who have not liked sake until now should definitely try this! It has a sharp acidity amidst its floral notes. The aroma is intentionally subdued, evoking juicy citrus fruits and crafted to imagine the sharpness of a Japanese sword. The glass is available for 660 yen.
A special junmai sake brewed using traditional namamoto methods. Most of the production is consumed locally, making it a rare find. It has a dense and clean umami flavor. The firm acidity derived from the namamoto method tightens the overall taste. It pairs well with rich dishes, fried foods, and strongly flavored cuisine without losing its character, refreshing the palate. It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from cold to warm. Glasses are available for 660 yen.
Sake degree +10, this is for those who want something really spicy! Since it's sake, you can feel the sweetness of the rice, but the aftertaste's spiciness and sharpness are outstanding! It has a gentle aroma, with a focus on a refreshing taste and a crisp finish. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warmed. Glasses are available for 550 yen.
Once pasteurized, it can be enjoyed deliciously from chilled sake to warm sake. Advanced drinkers can also enjoy it at room temperature. This is a once-pasteurized, non-carbon filtered Yamahai Junmai sake. The acidity and unique flavor produced by the Yamahai yeast blend well, and while it is certainly good chilled, its true value is further revealed when warmed, making it the definitive food pairing sake. It pairs well not only with Japanese cuisine but also with Chinese and Western dishes, but it is particularly outstanding with Japanese food! Recommended for those who love sake. For those who find 1 go too much, we also offer it in a glass for 550 yen.
In spring, we recommend a lightly cloudy type, in summer a refreshing summer sake, in autumn a robust sake known as hiyadori or akiagari, and in winter, new sake. Just as ingredients have their seasons, sake also has its seasons. We recommend sake that matches the time of year. 180ml is available from 1320 yen, and glasses start from 880 yen.
A little fragrant and easy to drink, perfect for Japanese cuisine.
A pleasant acidity that pairs well with Japanese cuisine lingers in the mouth.
A blend of three types of white grapes cultivated in our own vineyard. The various aromas of the different varieties spread in the mouth, resulting in a complex fruitiness and acidity that create a well-balanced and easy-to-drink white wine.
A wine from Nagano Prefecture made using the Longan grape variety from our own farm. It has a refreshing and elegant fruit aroma reminiscent of white flowers, with a subtle oak scent that harmonizes well. The crisp yet pleasant acidity lingers in the mouth for a long time. It pairs perfectly with Japanese cuisine such as tempura, sashimi, and grilled fish!
A light and easy-to-drink wine blended from several types of grapes harvested from our own vineyards. It has nuances of ripe red fruits and a slightly mature flavor reminiscent of wild strawberries, resulting in a smooth and refreshing finish.
A wine made from the grape variety Muscat Bailey A, which is said to pair well with Japanese cuisine among red wines. It has berry-like aromas, a well-balanced flavor of fruit that spreads in the mouth, gentle tannins, and a modest acidity, making it a wine that pairs very well with uniquely Japanese seasonings such as soy sauce and miso.
The color is a light garnet. It has aromas of red fruits such as wild strawberries and pomegranates, with an elegant and refreshing acidity that creates a pleasant balance in this red wine. There are also subtle earthy nuances. True to Pinot Noir, it has a delicate and beautiful flavor, making it a recommended choice for those who are not fond of the typical astringency of red wine.
100% Niagara grapes produced in Azumino City, Matsumoto City, and Shiojiri City. Finished with a higher carbonation of 5 atmospheres for a well-balanced dry taste. From the moment it is poured into the glass, the fresh and vibrant aroma of Niagara grapes spreads. The sensual scent reminiscent of musk carries a noble quality that is unique to the Niagara variety. On the palate, you can feel a hint of acidity and bitterness along with sweetness, as the lively flavor of the grapes spreads across the tongue. The aftertaste is refreshingly clean, with the higher carbonation tightening the finish. With a moderate acidity, this wine makes you want to take another sip. Its vibrant aroma is perfect for celebrations and parties. Be sure to try it as an aperitif.
Made with 100% organic barley, the first of its kind in Japan, crafted with care by Mr. Shōnosuke Kuwahara, who practices organic farming in the rich natural area of Kumamoto. It features a fragrant natural barley aroma and a rich sweetness. This barley shochu has a gentle flavor that is kind to both the heart and body. Its unique toastiness may captivate you after just one sip, haha.
The sweet potatoes used as ingredients are the Tamakase produced by the agricultural corporation 'Reviving the Earth Association' operated by Kuroki Honten. The koji rice is made from Hinokihikari grown in Miyazaki Prefecture and is brewed with black koji. 'Ouka' means to share joy. The vibrant and rich aroma and flavor, reminiscent of the warm climate of Miyazaki Prefecture, are imbued with the hope that this shochu will brighten the mood of those who drink it and the space around them. It's easy to drink and you can enjoy it in multiple cups, haha.
The shochu is made from rice grown in-house, hence the name Jigatta!
It has a mild character and pairs well with Japanese cuisine. This single malt is aged in Mizunara oak barrels, which are currently attracting attention both domestically and internationally, using the original spirit produced at Kurayoshi Distillery. It features a distinctive sweet aroma derived from Mizunara. Enjoy the umami of the ingredients drawn out by the underground water from the majestic Daisen mountain range, along with a smooth and refreshing taste.
With fruit pulp, it's sweet and juicy! Even those who are not good with alcohol can enjoy it like juice. 'Phoenix Beauty Fully Ripe Peach' is a 'completely new peach liqueur' made using patented technology. Instead of physically crushing or soaking the peaches, it uses a method that separates each cell to liquefy them. Therefore, you can enjoy a very fresh peach flavor. From the beginning to the end of the bottle, there is plenty of peach pulp, and the moment you take a sip, your mouth fills with pulp, making it a delightful liqueur for peach lovers. The sweetness feels like the natural sweetness of the fruit, making it easy to drink more and more!
Refreshing and elegant aroma. It has a moderate sweetness that may appeal to women. This yuzu sake contains 50% of freshly harvested yuzu natural juice, and the distinctive strong acidity of yuzu is not very pronounced, making it very smooth on the palate. This is due to the blend with 2-year aged sake (junmai sake), which suppresses the acidity of the yuzu, allowing for a very smooth enjoyment of the flavor.
Unlike sweet plum wines, this one allows you to enjoy the tartness of the plum. The finest quality fully ripe Kishu Nanko plums from that year's harvest are used, approximately three times the usual amount. Plum wine based on sake tends to have a strong taste and aroma of sake, but the fully ripe plums used as ingredients suppress that, resulting in a very well-balanced plum wine. As suggested by the name 'sour,' the acidity is more than twice that of regular plum wine, and the aftertaste spreads a unique, addictive tartness throughout the mouth.
A natural carbonated water with a Japanese design, 'Red Label', is a very precious pure domestic natural carbonated water that can only be sourced in limited quantities each day. This natural carbonated water is sealed in a high-quality glass bottle. The highly airtight glass bottle allows you to enjoy the original taste as it was sourced, without compromising the flavor of the natural carbonation. Please enjoy this 'superior product' that cannot be experienced anywhere else. Raw material origin: Kaneyama Town, Ōnuma District, Fukushima Prefecture.
You can enjoy it as a substitute for beer even if you can't have alcohol.
Since it contains no caffeine, it can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from pregnant women to those who are health-conscious.
This is not orange juice. It's mikan. You'll be surprised by its deliciousness when you try it.
This is a plum syrup called Baby Umeshu. I tried various ones, and I thought this one was delicious. It is served with water or soda.
