This course includes appetizers, six skewers, salad, soup, and a bowl of rice topped with minced chicken. The "dumplings" are made from a unique blend of various chicken parts and juicy with no added glue, and the "soboro-don" made from our own blend of minced meat is a must-try dish! We use our own homemade sauce, which is tangy yet sweet, and special salt from Yamaguchi Prefecture, depending on the ingredients.
