A lean cut of beef from a well-marbled Hanwoo sirloin, different from regular sirloin with a clean taste
Unlike other menus, this is a 300g portion for 2 people. It may include some lower grade cuts, but it is the most popular menu.
A cut of beef ribs that is tender and flavorful, and sometimes used in conjunction with the sirloin if there is not too much fat.
Sold regardless of grade, this cut comes from the back of the cow and is chewy and lean without any greasiness.
We only sell 200g of Hanwoo beef on the day of purchase.
