This is our signature product, Omi Habutae Mochi, made fresh every morning. It has a slight sweetness even when eaten as is, and it does not have a long shelf life, so we recommend freezing any leftovers as soon as possible.
The owner's whimsically made fresh confectionery changes every 1 to 2 weeks, with about 3 varieties available at all times.
The selection includes bean daifuku, chocolate daifuku, and minazuki uirou, which change according to the season. Note: The only year-round fresh confectionery is ohagi.
Available in two types: chunky red bean paste and smooth red bean paste. During the equinox and Obon, we also offer Ohagi with soybean flour.
Depending on the season, we prepare one type such as strawberry daifuku or grape daifuku. It is only available during a limited time, so please take a look when you see it.
Mikasa and chestnut buns are available in individual packaging. They have a longer shelf life, making them suitable for gifts as well.
We will prepare it by reservation, and it will be delivered with a softness that allows for easy cutting. Coloring and name engraving are not available.
We will prepare it upon reservation
This is a made-to-order product. We can prepare it as a single item or in a box. Please make reservations at least 3 days in advance for orders of 10 boxes or less, 1 week in advance for orders of more than 10 boxes, and 2 weeks in advance for orders of more than 100 boxes. The box shown in the photo is a medium size and costs 900 yen.
This red rice is generously filled with large red beans and colored with the broth of the large red beans, so it is full of the delicious flavor of the beans. If you love red rice, you must try this.
Wara-bimochi, kuzukiri, shiratama zenzai, kanten zenzai, and other cup desserts will be introduced in succession.
