This course features a selection of Arimontei's popular menu items, including Showa-era hormone nabe with miso sauce, which has been our pride for three generations, and motsu nabe based on chicken soup and grilled sardines, which is made after half a day's cooking. This course includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours.
This shabu shabu shabu is made from Iberico pork, a world-famous Spanish pork brand. The shabu shabu shabu is made with garlic oil, which is unique to this dish. We have also selected other dishes that we are proud of. All-you-can-drink for 2 hours is included.
