The set menu, available only in the morning at the Tenjin branch, can now be enjoyed at night at the Minoshima branch. If you have never experienced "Buri Shabu Shabu Nabe", please try it at our Minoshima branch. We are proud to offer three different tastes in one dish: sashimi, shabu-shabu, and udon as a finish.
We use only fish shipped directly from Tsukumi, Oita Prefecture throughout the year. We are proud of our yellowtail because of its outstanding fat and sweet meat. We hope you will try our yellowtail shabu-shabu, which is made by lightly cooking a high-quality yellowtail fillet, which is delicious even as sashimi, to remove excess fat and bring out even more deliciousness and sweetness. The marinade is our original handmade kabosu ponzu vinegar. Yuzu pepper is used as a condiment. Our special broth, which is made from Kyushu's unique flying fish stock and dried shiitake mushrooms, enhances the flavors of the yellowtail, vegetables, and tofu. Please enjoy the dish until the udon noodles as the final touch. This is a limited-time-only course with the sour taste of lemon.
A sake highball made only from the lightly cloudy part of nigori sake, popular for its refreshing taste and milky sweetness.
Sliced yellowtail sashimi served with ground sesame and myoga. A dish that pairs well with drinks, seasoned with homemade garlic salt.
