Matsukaze

A mildly spicy curry finished with a tomato base, using plenty of wild deer meat by the master who is also a hunter. The set includes deep-fried deer meat, smoked meat, and sashimi, allowing you to enjoy various flavors of deer meat. Most customers who visit the store come from afar seeking this deer curry set. Rainbow trout kabayaki is popular with side dishes such as mountain vegetables and simmered mushrooms depending on the season.

This hot pot is made using a variety of seasonal vegetables and mushrooms, and finished with homemade miso made from Akebono soybeans.
