Sumibi Yakitori Kase

This is a chicken mizutaki course using homemade chicken broth. The chicken is cooked with plenty of fresh vegetables and bone-in thighs, so it is full of flavor and can be served in its own broth or with ponzu (Japanese sauce made of citrus juice and soy sauce). Please finish with ramen or zosui (rice porridge) as you like. All-you-can-drink 2 hours (90 min. L.O.) included.

This is a duck hot pot course using duck from Uji, Kyoto Prefecture. This course uses an abundance of Uji duck loin meat and is served with vegetables and soba noodles as a finale. The characteristic of Kyoto duck is that its fat is whiter than that of duck from overseas, which is said to be a favorite flavor of Japanese people. All-you-can-drink 2 hours (90 min. L.O.) included.

This course is recommended for banquets with all-you-can-drink included in the Ryu course. Please enjoy drinks along with yakitori.
