Exceptional freshness! We offer seasonal local fish grown in Suruga Bay and landed at Shimizu Port, known as 'true Shimizukko'. Enjoy it with warm soba noodles.
Sun-dried whitebait made with fine shirasu caught in Suruga Bay without any additives! By searing it, it creates a crispy texture and a fragrant aroma. The slight bitterness of the shirasu pairs well with Japanese sake! Enjoy by sprinkling with sansho pepper, if desired.
Sakura shrimp directly delivered by fishermen from Yui has become a crispy tempura. Enjoy with salt or tempura dipping sauce. Highly recommended with salt ^ ^ Please enjoy the specialty of Shizuoka!
Our nightly special, 'Tender Chicken Wings', involves steaming chicken wings slowly before grilling them on a wire mesh.
