This Spring Commission limited edition of the Tale of the Tiger Pufferfish and Cold Yellowtail series, available only through March, is priced at 3,900 yen to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Kokura Regent Hotel. The Saga beef on a ceramic plate (800 yen per person including tax) is an additional recommended dish, and the special limited offer of this course, a glass of fugu fillet sake (normally 1,200 yen), is also available for 800 yen.
The cherry blossom sea bream is a spring-only version, a pre-reservation-only course featuring a choice of sashimi, soy milk shabu nabe, sea bream kamameshi, steamed egg custard of sea bream and roasted Saga beef.
