This menu highlights the characteristics of young beef by lightly smoking it with cherry wood chips at the finish. Comes with energetic egg, salad, and small soba.
A generous amount of onions and Shimizu garlic sauce, accompanied by mountain wasabi for a lingering deliciousness!!

Uses 3 slices of Tokachi SPF pork shoulder. This is our original pork bowl. The container is a jubako, hence the name pork juu.
