I want more people to know about chirimenjako! I want them to enjoy it even more! With that feeling, we are creating our products. In Aki City, the production of freshly boiled chirimenjako is thriving. Along the coast, you can see the scenery of chirimenjako being dried. The Kuroshio current collides with Cape Muroto, which is located beyond Aki City, causing the ocean currents to circulate offshore of Aki City, making Aki's shirasu firm and delicious. Freshly caught, processed immediately at Aki Fishing Port! Fresh and fluffy chirimenjako.
Enjoy the original flavor of the abundant use of jaco, a specialty of Aki City, with sake.
Stir-fried with sesame oil, the dried fish gives off a fragrant aroma. Please enjoy it with cucumber.
This is a local rice bowl using chirimen-jako, a specialty product from Aki City. It is served with boiled chirimen on top of rice, garnished with myoga and other condiments, and drizzled with a special sauce made with plenty of citrus vinegar.

This is a local ramen from Susaki.
A sweet and salty flavor of sweet potato with a hint of salt, just as it is. It also pairs well with alcohol.
A simple and nostalgic taste from Kochi. A refreshing aftertaste that is pleasant. This is a representative ice cream of Tosa that has been loved by the locals for a long time. *The flavor may vary depending on the ingredients.
