[Chiba Prefecture Iinuma Honke] A sake brewery with over 300 years of history in Shisui, Chiba Prefecture. Koshi Masamune's Junmai Ginjo won the [Grand Gold Award] at the Japan Sake Awards 2019.
Akita Prefecture Akita Sake Brewery. A solid flavor with a smooth drinking experience. A sake where umami and mellow acidity are harmonized. Good both chilled and warmed.
This sake is made by polishing rice down to 60% and is carefully crafted through low-temperature fermentation. It has a clean and refreshing taste that enhances the flavors of dishes.
