Homemade braised pork, a specialty of Shakariki. Cooked twice in a pressure cooker for a melt-in-your-mouth texture! Using high-quality, carefully selected pork belly, it is simmered twice in a pressure cooker, allowing the secret soy sauce marinade to soak in for a tender braised pork. A hearty dish and a signature item of Shakariki. Please try it at least once. Takeout is also available. The premium pork is cut with care. We never prepare it in advance. ↓ Cooked in a pressure cooker and left to rest overnight. ↓ Simmered again in a pressure cooker with ginger and the secret soy sauce marinade for seasoning.

This soup is carefully simmered for a long time using pork bones, chicken bones, and vegetables. Known as the lifeline of the dish, this soup pairs well with back fat and is the result of meticulous craftsmanship.

The back fat from domestically raised pigs used in Shakariki is a rare part that can only be obtained in a few kilograms from one pig. It is considered a high-quality product, and among the fats available, it is said to be gentle on the body.

The blend of the secret sauce is surprisingly simple. The key lies in the aging time and timing, as well as the environment in which it is stored. To bring out the original umami of the soy sauce, it is still quietly resting.
