We use aged chicken from our local Hiroshima. The slowly aged chicken meat is concentrated with flavor, and the moment it enters your mouth, a rich taste spreads. The outside is perfectly grilled, while the inside is juicy and tender. Simple yet enhances the inherent deliciousness of the chicken. It pairs excellently with beer and sake. Enjoy a fulfilling moment.
We have luxuriously fried a whole fresh conger eel from the Setouchi region. The outside is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is fluffy, allowing the sweet flavor of the eel to spread throughout your mouth. The lightness of the batter is exquisite, and together with the fluffy texture, you can fully enjoy the blessings of the sea. Served with a special sauce and lemon, you can also enjoy a refreshing taste.
