Special course featuring "Kuroge Wagyu Hitsujimabushi," a registered trademark approved by the Patent Office. The best top-grade Kuroge Wagyu beef of the day is used. The meat, rice, and sauce are all carefully selected, including Gifu Hatsushimo produced by a contract farmer and tamaridare (a sauce made from soy sauce) jointly developed with Yamakawa Brewery, a long-established soy sauce brewer. We are particular about the meat, the rice, the tamaridare, and everything. You can enjoy a course of seasonal vegetables and fish that we purchase from the market every day.
